The claim window
30 calendar days from the date of purchase, as shown on your Stripe receipt.
What you need to provide
Nothing except the email address you purchased with. You don't need to explain why, complete any part of the program, or send an exam score report. “It wasn't for me” is a complete and sufficient reason.
How to claim
Email support@certifywithai.com from the email address you used at checkout, with the subject line “Refund request”. That's it.
How the refund is paid
In full, to your original payment method, via Stripe. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of your email; depending on your bank, the money typically appears on your statement 5–10 business days after that. Your access ends when the refund is issued.
The one limit
The guarantee covers one refund per person. If you refund a purchase and later buy again, the second purchase is final. This keeps the guarantee simple for everyone who uses it honestly.
